Where this came from
The partnership was born from a simple observation, made from opposite sides of the hiring table: when senior GTM hires fail, it is almost never the person. It is the system they walked into. Luke Farrugia had lived it as an operator and was already building the systems thinking to prove it. Melvin Day and Jack Berry recognised it instantly from years of briefs and placements, and were willing to do the thing almost no recruiter does: question the brief before taking it.
