Welcome to SignalForge Intelligence Ltd ("SignalForge", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the conditions under which you may use our website and engage our consulting and enablement services.
By using our website or working with us, you agree to these Terms.

We are a UK-based consultancy that helps organisations design and deploy AI-native GTM and operational systems. SignalForge Intelligence Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration ZC134572).
2. Our Services
SignalForge provides consulting, enablement design, and technical build services that help clients deploy AI-native GTM and operational systems. We do not provide SaaS products or host client data.
All systems we build are deployed inside your own Base44 instance, using your own integrations (e.g. HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business Platform) and AI capabilities delivered through the Claude API (Anthropic). You retain full ownership and control over your data, configurations, and connected platforms. SignalForge never hosts or stores your live customer, CRM, or transcript data. Where our build or support work involves access to personal data, that access occurs only inside your own workspace, under permissions you grant, can see, and can revoke, and is governed by a Data Processing Agreement.
3. Using Our Website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our systems. Any information you provide must be accurate and belong to you or your organisation.
We may update or remove content on our website at any time without notice.
4. Engagement Terms
Formal client engagements are governed by a separate written Statement of Work (SOW) or agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms. Website content and downloadable materials are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Where an engagement involves the processing of personal data, a Data Processing Agreement is provided at signature alongside the SOW.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, and templates displayed on this website are owned by SignalForge Intelligence Ltd unless otherwise noted.
When you engage us for paid work and complete payment, ownership of the deliverables including system configurations, enablement templates, and documentation transfers fully to you.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share during discovery, workshops, and build phases as confidential. We will not disclose or use it for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services.
7. Data Handling and Integrations
- SignalForge does not host or store client data in any SignalForge environment
- All systems and integrations are built inside your own Base44 workspace, connected to platforms you own
- You remain the sole controller of your data, integrations, and permissions; any SignalForge access is scoped, visible to you, and revocable, and is governed by a Data Processing Agreement where personal data is involved
- For the exceptional case where SignalForge hosts a deployment on a client's behalf, the engagement operates under a signed DPA as described on our Security & Data Handling page

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalForge Intelligence Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of or in connection with our website, services, or deliverables.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
