Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
SignalForge Intelligence Ltd ("SignalForge", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. For details on how we host and handle data across our engagement models, see our Security & Data Handling page.
1. Who We Are
SignalForge Intelligence Ltd
71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
Email: luke@signalforge.uk
We provide consulting and system-build services that help organisations design and deploy AI-native GTM and operational systems using platforms such as Base44, HubSpot, Notion and Google Workspace, with AI capabilities delivered through the Claude API (Anthropic). SignalForge Intelligence Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration ZC134572).
2. Information We Collect
We collect and process limited business information when you:
- Contact us via forms on our website.
- Apply for our Early Adopter Programme.
- Engage us for consulting or system-build services.
- Communicate with us by email or during project onboarding.
Information may include your name, business email, company name, job title, and communication records.
If you commission a system build, all integrations (e.g. HubSpot within Base44) are created inside your own Base44 workspace, which you control. SignalForge never hosts or stores your CRM, transcript, or customer data in our own environment; where build or support work involves access to personal data, it occurs only inside your workspace under permissions you control, governed by a Data Processing Agreement.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use data to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide requested information.
- Deliver consulting and implementation services.
- Improve our website and offerings via anonymised analytics (Google Analytics 4).
- Maintain contractual and regulatory compliance.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Lawful Basis for Processing
Processing is based on:
- Contractual necessity – to deliver agreed services or respond to enquiries.
- Legitimate interest – to operate and improve our website and services.
- Consent – for marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Data Sharing & Transfers
We don't sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared with trusted sub-processors solely to deliver our services (e.g. Base44 for application hosting, Anthropic for AI inference via the Claude API, Notion for documentation, HubSpot for our own CRM, Google Workspace for email and files, Slack for communications) — the full list is maintained on our Security & Data Handling page.
All system builds are performed inside your own Base44 instance, and any data processed remains under your ownership and control. SignalForge never hosts client data on our servers.
Where international data transfers occur (for example, through HubSpot or Google), these are governed by appropriate safeguards under the UK GDPR, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Data Security & Retention
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Integration tokens and credentials are stored securely within Base44's encrypted secret store, which resides in your workspace.
- We retain minimal business contact data for as long as necessary to fulfil contractual or legal obligations, generally no longer than seven (7) years.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
- Request data portability.
- Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, with whom SignalForge is registered (ZC134572).
To exercise your rights, contact us at luke@signalforge.uk.
8. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data that helps us understand website performance. GA4 uses cookies and may process IP addresses in anonymised form. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
9. Updates
We may update this policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The latest version will always be available at https://signalforge.uk/PrivacyPolicy with the updated "last revised" date.
